The “Theehuis De Leidsehout” is beautifully located in the middle of a huge park and recreational area in the picturesque city of Leiden. Surrounded by wildlife and playgrounds, it is a top location which attracts the population of the city day by day – many of which stop by the “De Leidsehout” for a drink, a snack or indeed a great coffee.

“It was the best buy ever”, says Bernhard, “we are so glad, it’s a super machine. We can now foam dairy and oat milk with just one machine in consistent, perfect quality, and always the exact amount we need.”
Despite the lockdown and only being able to do takeaway, he reports they “now sell more coffee than ever before, and my employees love the machine. Handling and cleaning are very easy”.
With the IoT connection, specific demands that derive from everyday business can be implemented in real time by the team in the Latte Art Factory HQ, and it makes it easy to address and solve any technical issues instantly.
